As the founding Principal for Faith Group, Faith has more than 40 years of experience as a leader in airport security and technology planning and design. Her work includes virtually every type of facility in the aerodrome environment including terminal & concourse facilities, cargo, FBO, ARFF, CONRAC & parking garages, maintenance facilities, and a host of ancillary buildings, as well as overall perimeter security. She has worked directly for both airports and airlines on operational planning, security, and telecommunications design, including development of policies and procedures in support of complex business processes. In 2020, Faith started Saefix LLC to deliver the last mile of technology. Saefix is a Faith Group sister company that acts as a complimentary bookend to Faith Group’s services. She serves as CEO of Saefix, with a focus on developing and delivering the strategic roadmap for advanced security and technology solutions and master systems integration (MSI) services.

Faith is currently serving as the MSI Program Principal and is overseeing the planning, design and construction administration of technology and security systems for JFK’s new $9.5B Terminal 1 Redevelopment Program.

She is a past board of director’s member for the Airport Consultants Council (ACC) and started their Young Professionals (YP) Forum, which now has 500+ members nationwide. Faith is a past steering group member of the Airport’s Council International (ACI) Information Technology group and current ACI Public Safety and Security committee member. She has been the author of numerous articles and white papers on security technology, technology master planning, and systems integration.

Soderstrom served as the IT Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) from 2006 to 2020, where he helped define, support, and implement innovative space missions, emerging IT trends, and mentor the next generation of IT and space explorers.

Prior to JPL, he led teams working on large-scale IT technologies, best practices, tools development, and change efforts in small startups, large commercial companies, international venues, and the U.S. Government.

Alba Colón, Director, Technical Partnerships, Hendrick Motorsports

Alba Colón earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez (UPRM), where her passion for engineering and motorsports first took root. A proud alumna, she remains deeply connected to her alma mater, serving as Chair of the UPRM School of Engineering Industry Advisory Board. In this role, she works to strengthen industry partnerships and support the development of the next generation of engineers.

Colón currently serves as the Director of Technical Partnerships at Hendrick Motorsports, where she plays a pivotal role in the success of the 14-time NASCAR Cup Series champions. Her responsibilities span several strategic areas, including oversight of the Team Operations Center, fostering key technical collaborations, recruiting top engineering talent, and leading the organisation’s sustainability initiatives.

Before joining Hendrick Motorsports, Colón spent over two decades at General Motors, where she held various leadership roles, including NASCAR Cup Series Program Manager for Chevrolet. Under her leadership, Chevrolet emerged as a dominant force in the sport, capturing 286 race wins, 12 driver championships, and 14 manufacturer titles. Since she transitioned to Hendrick Motorsports, her expertise has contributed to 67 race wins and two driver championships, further cementing her legacy in motorsports.

Her outstanding contributions to the industry have earned her numerous accolades. In 2017, she received the STEM Award from the Hispanic Heritage Foundation for her efforts in advancing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. She was honoured with the Game Changers Award by Sports Business Journal in 2018, the prestigious Kate Gleason Award from ASME in 2021, and both the Rodica Baranescu Award for Technical and Leadership Excellence and the Contributor of the Year Award from SAE International in 2023.

A longstanding and active member of SAE International, Colón currently serves on its Board of Directors as Vice President of the Auto Sector and chairs the SAE Carolina Section. Beyond SAE, she contributes her expertise on advisory boards for multiple engineering schools, helping to shape academic programmes and encourage industry-academia collaboration. Passionate about mentoring and inclusion, Colón actively supports student development through her involvement with Formula SAE teams and individual mentorship. She is also a member of Women in Motorsports North America, where she helps champion initiatives that expand participation in motorsports. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for the STEAM Sports Foundation.

Through her distinguished career, Colón has become a respected leader in motorsports and engineering. Her unwavering commitment to technical excellence, leadership, and mentorship continues to inspire future generations and drive meaningful progress across the industry.

John Church, Managing Partner, JDC-Miller MotorSports

JDC MotorSports was founded in 1994 by Minnesota native, John Church.

Under his leadership, what began as a small operation focused on Formula Ford 2000 customer programs has grown significantly over the years. The Formula Ford program evolved into the USF2000 and Star Mazda Championships, where JDC MotorSports found great success.

In 2011, Church led the team into the IMSA Series, competing in the IMSA Prototype Lites Series. The company claimed a record 32 consecutive IMSA Prototype Lites wins as a team. IMSA is where JDC Motorsports decided to stay and expand the team by entering the Michelin Pilot Challenge Series and ultimately contending in the top level as well, which is now known as the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

Today, the JDC and JDC-Miller MotorSports teams include the Porsche 963 GTP LMDh in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4RS in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge GS Class, and on a limited basis the Oreca 07 LMP2 in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

Rob Gray's path to leading the team at Red Bull Advanced Technologies began trackside with the Jaguar Racing Formula 1 team in 2002. He joined Jaguar as a Structures Analyst before quickly stepping up to the role of Project Engineer following the team’s acquisition by Red Bull in 2005. As the Red Bull Racing team grew, Gray took on more responsibility, becoming Development Group Leader and Head of Drivetrain Engineering before rising to the position of Head of R&D Projects in 2009.

After four years, Gray was appointed Deputy Chief Designer and a year later took up the post of Chief Designer, a task he fulfilled for six years. At the end of 2020, Gray moved across to Red Bull Advanced Technologies to run the division and oversee all of its current projects.

Erik Josefsson, CEO, R-evolution

Erik Josefsson is the CEO and co-founder of R-evolution, the sustainable business innovation and investment subsidiary of Hexagon AB. Suykens holds a PhD in Computer Graphics, researching photo-realistic image synthesis, from the University of Leuven, Belgium. Since 2003 he was with Luciad and, after its acquisition, joined Hexagon in 2017. He has served on the board of directors of the Open Geospatial Consortium since 2018.

Together with a passionate and dynamic team based in Zurich, Lukas Heinzle is leading the Robotics Hub within Hexagon’s Innovation Hub. With a background in physics and electronics, Heinzle joined the Hexagon Technology Center as an engineer in 2014. Then an exciting journey, including various engineering positions for BLK360 and BLK2GO with Leica Geosystems' Design & Disruptive Technology Group followed.

Heinzle rejoined the Innovation Hub in August 2020, establishing a new robotics team focusing on autonomous reality capture with mobile robotic carriers, such as BLK ARC on Boston Dynamics Spot. During 2020 for six months and from March 2021 until the beginning of 2023, Heinzle also led the Leica Geosystems DDT Heerbrugg.

Johannes Maunz, Vice President, AI, Hexagon

Appointed President of Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division in May 2025, Andreas Renulf leads the division’s global strategy and operations. Before this, Renulf was Chief Operating Officer and Head of Machine Control at Hexagon’s Geosystems division, where he played a key role in enhancing operational efficiencies and driving a culture of continuous improvements and collaboration across teams.

Prior to this role, he spent six years at Trelleborg, where he was President of two business units, holding full profit and loss accountability and driving both organic and M&A growth while maintaining strong cost controls. Renulf has held several leadership positions across diverse industries and companies, including thirteen years at ABB, where he served in a number of roles, including Vice President for the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemicals business unit in Asia and Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Process Industries Products.  He holds an MSc in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School.

Henning Sandfort, President, Geosystems, Hexagon

Henning Sandfort is a member of Hexagon’s executive management team, President of Hexagon’s Geosystems division, and CEO of Leica Geosystems. In these roles, he is responsible for shaping and directing the overall global strategy for the Geosystems division and the Leica Geosystems brand.

Before joining Hexagon, he served as global CEO of the Building Products Business Unit in Siemens Smart Infrastructure for six years. Prior to that, he served as a top management consultant, product and portfolio manager, and business leader in the industrial and building businesses at Siemens AG.

Sandfort holds a diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Germany).

Burkhard Boeckem, Hexagon CTO 

Boeckem was named Hexagon’s Chief Technology Officer in 2020 after serving as CTO of Hexagon Geosystems since 2015. In the latter role, he oversaw technology, innovation, and product development for all of the Geosystems business units. He began his career in 2001, when he joined Leica Geosystems. As CTO of Hexagon, Boeckem drives the innovation and continued development of Hexagon’s autonomous technology vision.

As President of Hexagon’s Robotics division, Arnaud Robert is responsible for the division’s strategic growth and operational excellence. Before joining Hexagon, Robert held significant leadership roles across multiple industries. Most recently, he served as Chief Digital Officer and Executive Committee Member at Sanofi, where he spearheaded a digital transformation that resulted in substantial contribution to the business operating income. He also held the position of Chief Digital Officer at Viking Cruises. Robert also led the launch of high-profile digital products such as the Disney Movies Anywhere and the Apple Watch | Nike+ running app.

Robert holds a PhD in computer science from the Swiss Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL), has authored multiple patents, and has won several industry awards.
